CONSULTING AGREEMENT

What is included in our consulting services and packages:

Bronze Package: if possible we will split this ½ day In House and ½ day in the marketplace working on potential job opportunities or on-site installs/inspections (topics can also be from Silver Package list)

       Silver Package: Bronze+ Proven Unique Marketing & Sales

  • Cover the Marketing and Sales side of our Industry
  • Unique Online Methods
  • Bidding Procedure of Different Systems
  • Sales Process & Selling the Benefits
  • Demo’s
  • Equipment Setup & Requirements

Pricing Options:

  • Bronze Package:  $2400 +Expenses (Air/trans & lodging)
    • 1 Day (8 hours divided between Analysis &/or In-field/Job Inspection Support)
    •  Client decides which they deem most important.
  • Silver Package: $3600 + Expenses (Air/trans & Lodging)
    • 1.5 Days (8 Hours Analysis &/or In-field/Job Inspection Support)
    • 4 Hours Covering Marketing & Sales focused on Fluid Applied Systems
  • Gold Package:  $7500 includes Silver Package (A/L) + ongoing Full Support System. (most common package)
  • Set up with our Preferred product manufacturers (best product pricing, will require travel to Kansas City MO for trainings, Manufacture charges additional cost for additional crew members.)
  • Discounts on all equipment/parts purchased through our Graco Dealership.
  • $400 Discount on a Roof Rabbit.
  • Online training portal for Sales & Install crews.
  • Access to our Team of contractors to be used as Subs if needed for any projects.
  • Ongoing support however your company deems necessary.
  • Only additional costs are if additional travel is needed throughout the roofing season.
  • Platinum Turn Key Package:  ($TBD based on system and Sq Footage)
    • Platinum package is mainly for the Company that wants a turn-key approach to their jobs.  We will arrange our certified crews to complete your projects for your clients.  Material and labor will be included in all jobs. 
    • Also Included is a Bronze Package for your Salesman/Women to best understand the systems and how to sell them properly so your company is profiting the most possible from each job.
  • Consult only Package: ($0.07-0.20/ft) (Range based on Sq Ft & system type) 
    • This package is designed for if you would simply like us to give guidance on what system we feel would be best fit for a project, help you bid it accordingly.
    • If you have a preferred contractor that you would like to use and use the products they are providing. This package is only if our crews and products are not going to be used.
