Willingness to Learn: We all have learning and growing to do. I’ll share from my 20+ years of Roof Coating knowledge, about the mistakes I’ve made so you can avoid them. I’ll also share the tools for successful Marketing, Bidding, Sales and Installation with you, as well as Industry knowledge.
Open Communication: You will have access to my personal cell number, where I commit to making myself available to you, to the very best of my ability. The most successful contractors I work with are willing to contact me frequently with their questions. If you’re not successful, I’m not successful. Open communication is key.
$ to Invest in Training and Marketing: You must be willing to invest in Training and Marketing. Period. This is non negotiable. I want to see you succeed and it’s takes Training and Marketing to do so.
Your startup investment will directly depend on your starting point. It will/can include numerous options.
1: A 1-Day in person training on industry and available opportunities.
2: A 1.5 day training on opportunities and unique Marketing/Sales techniques.
3: 1 Day Metal Roof Training and a separate 3 Day Advanced Roof Systems Training (both held in Kansas City, MO on separate dates-check upcoming dates HERE), which will not only give you additional knowledge but it can also get you into the Preferred Contractor program and additional discounts. I’ll attend with you and we’ll get strategic about the best plan to ensure your success in the Fluid Applied Industry. We’ll discuss what your marketing plan should look like, including how much $ you should invest (YES!! you will need to invest $ in marketing) and what type of marketing will work best for you.
4: Turn Key Consulting & Sub’s provided. A start to finish option that we will guide and direct you through bidding, acquiring, & install of a system including providing materials and labor.
5: Consult only. We will work with you and your install crew to verify best system for project, and install methods.
